Gift questions, answered
Can I ship it straight to my grandkids?
Yes. At checkout, enter their shipping address and check “This is a gift.” Add a gift message and we'll send it to them so they know who it's from. You can also ship it to yourself.
When do I need to order, and when does it ship?
Order by Dec 13 for holiday delivery. Every holiday gift order placed by Dec 13 ships its first box on Dec 13, so it arrives in time for the holidays. After that, a new box ships on the 15th of each month.
What ages is it for? Will they need help?
Quest Club is designed for ages 3–10. Everything is included, and the Activity Field Guide has visual step-by-step instructions. The reading suits grades 1–4, and the experiments make great projects to do together.
Is shipping included?
The gift price covers the boxes. Shipping is added at checkout once you enter the delivery address.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only.
Why are holiday boxes limited?
We plan production and ship a set number of boxes each month, and the holiday gift run is limited. Once they're claimed, holiday gift boxes close for the season.
