THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE SUBJECT TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS ASSUMPTION OF RISK: In exchange for admission, any individual admitted pursuant to this ticket (the "Attendee") voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to attending a Jurassic Quest exhibition, including but not limited to any and all rides, exhibits, tours, stations, or other activities available at or through the Jurassic Quest exhibition (the "Exhibition"), including but not limited to risks such as physical injury, illness, death, loss or damage to personal property, and risks that may not be foreseen or reasonably foreseeable by the Attendee or the RELEASEES (defined below).

COVID-19 SPECIFIC ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Attendee understands that (i) COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, and (ii) there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present, including the Exhibition, and in exchange for admission voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: In exchange for admission to the Exhibition, the Attendee hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Family Quest Holdings, LLC, Jurassic Quest Holdings, LLC, Jurassic Quest-1, LLC, Jurassic Quest-2, LLC, and their respective directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives; other Exhibition attendees; Exhibition sponsors, advertisers and vendors; and the owners, licensors and lessors of the premises on which the Exhibition (or any related activities) takes place (each considered one of the "RELEASEES" herein), to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, and damages, which the Attendee and/or any minor accompanying Attendee has or may have for any claims or causes of action arising out of or relating in any manner to attendance at, observation of and/or participation in the Exhibition or any related activities, including any negligence on the part of the RELEASEES. In further exchange for admission to the Exhibition, the Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless any and all RELEASEES from and against any and all demands, suits, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), including but not limited to any claims by or on behalf of the Attendee or any accompanying minor, arising out of or relating in any manner to (i) the Attendee’s and/or an accompanying minor’s attendance at, observation of, and/or participation in the Exhibition or any related activities or (ii) Attendee’s and/or an accompanying minor’s acts or omissions. In exchange for admission to the Exhibition, the Attendee covenants not to sue (or assist any person in suing) any Releasee for any matter related to the above assumptions, releases, indemnifications or agreements.

MINOR ATTENDEES: If the Attendee is accompanied by any minor to the Exhibition, by allowing the minor(s) to attend the Exhibition, the Attendee makes and agrees to all the foregoing assumptions, releases, indemnifications and agreements on behalf of such minor(s). If the Attendee does not wish to or is not authorized to make such assumptions, releases, indemnifications and other agreements on behalf of the accompanied minor(s), Attendee should not allow the minor to enter the Exhibition.

INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS: Attendee and accompanying minor(s) must follow all posted and verbal instructions while attending the Exhibition.
